I use to think using vouchers to get money off was something for saddo’s who had nothing else to do but search and find vouchers. But when its no secret everyone is struggling using vouchers is becoming more like a way of life. Its coming up to new school uniform time which can be expensive when you have fussy teenagers. The oldest teen will also be turning 16 in a couple of months and wants new clothes. The younger teen has started to take an interest in what’s hot or not, it all costs money and it always costs more than you budget for.
I don’t have the time or energy to go searching for vouchers though; I am a run of the mill mum that has a busy life. I want the vouchers brought to me easily and I think I have found a nifty little app that does just that.
MyVoucherCodes is a well known site that you can get your vouchers but what about when you’re out and about? Well they now have an app ( on android and iphone) that you can download free. It searches where you are and tells you your local deals. Can come in quiet handy if you’re popping into town to visit your local Marks and Spencer’s, quickly check your app and find Marks and Spencer voucher codes to use ( there is a 20% off M&S school wear on at the moment)or in a town you’re not so familiar with and want to eat out and not break the bank.
Looking at their website this morning they currently have over 200,000 active vouchers and deals. That could mount up to quiet a good saving.
The vouchers and savings aren’t tiddly amounts either. Looking through Debenhams discount codes I found up to 70% off on women’s dresses, 40% off kids clothing and even up to 70% off in the blue cross sale.
So I have to rethink my view that vouchers are just for saddos as I have the app and I admit I check it before I buy anything now.
This post is sponsored by MyVoucherCodes but the thoughts and words are my own.
