Thank goodness for Linkedin, it was merrily letting me know a few people had liked my work anniversary this week. Odd I thought as I couldn't think what anniversary it was. On further investigation I found its 7 years since I started Confessions of a Single Mum. Wow 7 years of me on my soap box about life as a single parent. So what's happened in those 7 years? Well according to the clever little analytic programme, which I added a year into having Confessions ( yes I know should have added ... VIEW POST

For those reading from across the waters, the NHS was set up in 1948 to provide a nearly free service to all UK residents. The sheer amount of numbers in the UK does mean there are going to be waiting lists. ... VIEW POST
How Has Blogging Changed You?
Day 8 Blogtember topic: Discuss ways that blogging or social media has changed you. Hmmm has it changed me? I think it would be easier to say what it hasn't changed about me as that list would definitely be shorter. I started blogging back in April 2008. My other half had taught me to play poker but then got rather annoyed when I kept beating him. He got so annoyed that he banned me from the boys weekly poker game. Rather peeved I started a poker site for girls. About 6 months later me and the ... VIEW POST
