With the help of House of Fraser, we pick out shoes that will please women of all ages Blame the spend-happy shoe-obsessed conversations of the women in television shows such as Sex and the City (and us for copying them) – but shoes somehow have gained a reputation as ‘women’s “thing”’. Whilst many of us might counter that our “thing” is…books….or radiology….or any other possible interest in the world, the commercial-leaning industries have decided that shoes are what ... VIEW POST

Explaining M.E to Children
When my doctor diagnosed me as having M.E I cried. Not because I had M.E but because I was no longer a mum who was just always ill but a mum who had something to look up, learn about and understand. The meaning of Mum can be different to each person though. Some think of it in an endearing way, to some it may set their teeth on edge and others think of a motherly type figure surrounded by children. I suspect my teen, and at some point most of the world’s population of teens, think Mum stands for Mainly ... VIEW POST
