Life as a single parent is at the best of times hard work but it is also very rewarding. Here I have talked to other single parents, as well as my own experience to find out the pros and cons of being a single parent. Being a single parent is lonely Cons - It's lonely, especially if you're not working and the kids are at school or after they have gone to bed. Working Mum – Tips for Managing Work and Family
,When I worked full time when the children were small it was hard work. I seemed to spend my life chasing my own tail, driving from one end of town to the other and always seemed to be grabbing toast as I went. I was pretty sure if anyone thought I was missing I could be soon found by my trail of toast crumbs. I do wish someone had sat me down and read me these tips on managing family and work. Yes this does seem a really stupid day to return back to school after 6 weeks off but in hindsight I think its so that scores of children don't turn up on day on all demoralised instead they are fairly okish as the next day is the ... A 3 Month Jolly
Wednesday, September 4: If you could take three months off from your current life and do anything in the world, what would you do? So I am sat here looking out my window and its grey. No rain, no wind and no sun just grey. We have had the most glorious summer with back to back days of sunshine and to be honest I did mutter I was starting to get fed up with it. *gasp* How dare I say things like that when we spend the rest of the time complain about the rain. So today I get my wish and we have ... VIEW POST
