I spend far too  much time beating myself up about being the other side of 40. It does seem that after passing the awful four zero birthday life has just moved up a gear and is flying past way too quick. Everyone needs a break from their job. They need to time to relax and refresh their mind and spirit. Most people leave for their job in the morning and return home in the evening. However, for stay at home mums, they have a bit more difficulty leaving their job. That is why it is so important that they manage their time so that they can have a night out every now and then. A leaf, I do declare I have just seen a leaf falling from the big huge trees at the bottom of the garden. It can’t be the start of autumn already can it?
