You’ve seen the adverts and are not sure it’s for you. More importantly, does it save money? There are several out there and I have tried Hello Fresh and Gousto. Our favorite is Gousto. I’ve noticed it cuts down hugely on food waste. We hardly, if any actually, have any food waste at the end of the week. There is less plastic waste too, so that’s another big tick for us. Cost, we have a box of 4 recipes, designed to feed 4, it costs roughly £50. Without a discount, it does save money, not huge but if you add in the fewer trips to the supermarket, the less time trying to think up what to cook that you haven’t had a gazillion times before, it saves money and time.
