Rock climbing might sound a little scary but actually it’s not. Don’t let the idea of having to climb a cliff put you off, as there are rock climbing facilities throughout the country that are ideal for beginners. Rock climbing not only offers a fantastic workout but also helps to build your upper body strength and flexibility. It’s a lot more fun that lifting weights at the gym; that’s for sure. Do Aqua Zumba
How about Aqua Zumba? If you’ve tried Zumba and loved it, then Aqua Zumba is definitely worth a try. Or even if you weren’t a fan of normal Zumba, you may still love the swimming pool alternative. You still get the same fast-paced workout, but because you’re in the pool if you miss a step no one will know. Plus, as you’re in the pool, you won’t need to worry about getting all hot and sticky as the water will naturally cool you down.
